1. What this service is

Last Man Standing Arena is a tool for creating and running Last Man Standing football competitions. It manages fixtures, picks, results and leaderboards. It is not a betting or gambling operator, and it does not collect, hold, or pay out entry fees or prizes.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to take part in any competition involving a stake. By using the service you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you'll keep your login details secure.

3. Money between players

Any entry fees or prizes are arranged directly and privately between players. We are not a party to those arrangements, take no cut, and accept no responsibility for money that changes hands between users.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no cheating, no attempting to break or overload it, no abusive behaviour toward other users, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features over time.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including any private stakes between players or the outcome of any competition.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
